1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–6 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery method.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey directly on our website or through the carrier's portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ToolStation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email] with photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first, then reach out to our support team. ToolStation is not liable for packages lost or stolen due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
